Clearing an Application's Cache

If you are experiencing an atypical issue with an application, sometimes the best place to start is clearing your cache. To clear an apps cache, follow the procedure below:

  1. Press the Menu key and click the cog icon on the left.
  2. Select System settings
  3. Under device heading, select Apps
  4. Track right to All
  5. Select the app you'd like to cache and click Clear Cache

Once the cache has been cleared, retry application to see if the issue has been resolved.
