If you are experiencing an atypical issue with an application, sometimes the best place to start is clearing your cache. To clear an apps cache, follow the procedure below:
- Press the Menu key and click the cog icon on the left.
- Select System settings
- Under device heading, select Apps
- Track right to All
- Select the app you'd like to cache and click Clear Cache
Once the cache has been cleared, retry application to see if the issue has been resolved.
