Repair Shipping Instructions & Return for Refund or Exchange Shipping Instructions:

Note: When returning an ODG product the return must be initiated and acknowledged by an ODG representative prior to returning the package. Only items that have been purchased directly from ODG or the ODG online store may be returned to ODG.  Products purchased through other vendors or re-sellers must be returned directly to the vendor or re-seller from which the product was purchased and in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policies.

Repair Shipping Instructions:

Upon determining your Smartglasses or any other ODG product covered by an ODG Warranty please fill out the Return & Repairs form. 

Domestic Instructions:

Once the request is received an ODG representative will provide you with a Return Shipping Label from the registered owner of the glasses to the repair center and an RMA document to be included in the package. 

Your ODG product will be returned using standard 2-day shipping. 

When returning your ODG Smartglasses include the following:

  • Smartglasses
  • Hard Case

Do not include any additional accessories, or ship in the original box your smartglasses were delivered.

International Instructions:

Once the request is received an ODG representative will provide you with a Return Shipping Label from the registered owner of the glasses to the repair center, a Commercial Invoice, and an RMA document to be included in the package.  A letter of conformance from for the FDA may be requested. 

Note: The Harmonized Code for Warranty Repairs & Returns is 9801.00.1012. 

Your ODG product will be returned using standard 3-day shipping.

When returning your ODG Samrtglasses include the following:

  • Hard Case

Do not include any additional accessories, or ship in the original box your smartglasses were delivered.

When packaging your return you MUST include two (2) copies of the Commercial Invoice along with the shipping label on the outside of the package.  Place the RMA document inside the package.

 

Return for Refund or Exchange Instructions:

Upon deciding to return your Smartglasses or any other ODG product for a refund or exchange please fill out the Return & Repairs form.  A return for refund or exchange must be made within 15 days from receiving the product in accordance with the ODG terms of sale which may be located at Terms & Conditions.

Please note that your return for refund or exchange will be dated to when you made the request, not when an ODG representative acknowledges the request should their be any delay.

Domestic Instructions:

Once the request is received an ODG representative will provide you with an RMA document to be included with the return package.

Returned Smartglasses or ODG Products for Refund or Restocking must be repackaged with all accessories, cords, and documentation that were included in the initial packaging when received.

A restocking fee will be applied.

International Instructions:

Once the request is received an ODG representative will provide you with an RMA document to be included with the return package.

Important Note: The Harmonized Code for Returns is 9801.00.1000.  Ensure that this code is listed on the shipping label to help the shipment clear customs.

A restocking fee will be applied.
